Try a new food each time you go shopping!
Just because you are gluten free doesn't mean food has to be boring! The amazing abundance of food available in shops and supermarkets means no-one should be bored from just eating a salad!
Now is the time to experiment.
Try everything on your "yes" list. You might surprise yourself and find something you really like.
Try different recipes. Asian cooking is generally gluten free, as long as you stay away from the soy sauce . Mexican is nearly all based on corn, so most of it is gluten free.
Nearly all protein is gluten free, so you can eat fish, chhcken and steak as much as you like. Rice is a staple for gluten free meals, as is quinoa, but these days you can buy excellent gluten-free pastas from most supermarkets.
